Victor Cadena
+ 10 year's experience focusing on m&a, cross border transactions and business development between China and Latin America. He has advised dozens of Latin companies entering and doing business in China as well as Chinese companies doing business in Latin America, including SOE, SMEs and local governments.
Victor holds a Law Degree by UNAM (Mexico), Master of Law in Political Science/International Relations by Tsinghua University (China) and MBA at Guanghua School of Management of Peking University (China), also holds Diplomas in Finance regulations by the Mexican Stock Exchange and Hedge Funds by RenMin University (China).
Efrén Calvo
+15 years in China leading cross border transactions, business development and high level lobbying between Chinese and overseas companies as General Manager of Beijing Openmind Services Ltd. + 15 years of commercial and diplomatic experience as former Commercial Counselor of Mexico in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Haiti, Cuba and Italy as well as General Counsel in Brazil.
Efrén holds a degree in Commercial Relations by IPN (Mexico), Master in Economy Applied by Habana University (Cuba) and PhD in Business for Developing SMEs by Bocconi University (Italy).
Maggie Qin

+ 10 year's experience in international trade, whole sales and retail. Strong expertise in operations and communications between Chinese and foreign companies for import and export procedures.
Maggie holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Science and Technology by Huaqiao University (China) and has different diplomas on marketing, leadership and e-commerce.
+ 8 years focused on business development, specialized in Marketing through social media, negotiations, inspections, and factory auditing. Former Marketing Manager at Alibaba Group, Board Member and CMO at Jobike in Bangladesh, and Development Manager at Asifik Trade Company.
Pablo holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry by UNAM (Mexico) and studied an MBA at Renmin University (China).
Joel Ochoa
Song Yuqi (Julie)
Joel specializes in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and risk management. Previously he worked as a quantitative analyst at WorldQuant and PingAn Life in China and as a Finance associate at Blockchain Founders Fund in Singapore.
He holds a Master's Degree in Finance at Fudan University and a double Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Global Studies: East Asian Studies from the University of Minnesota with an exchange program at Peking University.
Julie serves as M&A Analyst at Dadao Capital, Ltd. Previously she did an internship at Beijing Parkrisson Consultancy Co, Ltd. focused on data collection and analysis. In addition, she worked as a CPA Assistant at YongTuo Accounting Firm and TongGuang Electronics Co. and as a Customer Service in HongKangWeiYe Business Service Firm and Bank of China, respectively.
Julie holds a Master Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds in the UK and double Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance by Griffith College Dublin and Hebei Finance University.
Gabriela Valenzuela
Wang Zirun (Felipe)
Gabriela focuses on international business development, data analysis and market research. Previously she did an internship at the Embassy of Mexico in China and was Project Manager at the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China.
Gabriela is Master Candidate in International Relations by the University of International Business and Economics (China), and completed her bachelor's Degree in International Relations at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (Mexico).
